Heritage House Interiors is a multi-faceted design group offering full interior and exterior design services for both residential and commercial projects. We have extensive experience in construction and project management.

Whether your objective is to update a room with new flooring, paint, furniture, and window treatments or an extensive new construction project, our team of designers will work with you to meet your specific needs.

Interior Design Services Include:

In-Home Design Services Consultation (1-2 rooms)

First Appointment - This session takes place in your home, services include but not limited to:

• Measuring your space

• Taking photos

• Talking about specific goals

Our design team will review any existing elements that you want to incorporate into the design scheme, discuss budgets and phasing/time tables. We then return to our design showroom, where we create floor plans and source materials that may include - furniture, paint colors, wall and floor coverings, lighting, contractors, etc. We will also order fabric, wall or floor coverings samples to present to you.

Second Appointment - This session takes place at Heritage House in the design center where we present our ideas. Based on this working session and your feedback, adjustments are made and choices are finalized. We will then discuss how to best work together through completion of the project.

Flat Rate: $500

Complete Project Design and Coordination
