Project Description

People often ask us how we develop a scheme for a large project. In this case, our client had a set of beautiful ceramics that were meaningful to her. We used them as inspiration and started with the 1st floor rugs and then a paint color for the kitchen island. The rest just morphed from here.

This beautiful beach house has tremendous views of Hen Cove. With three bedrooms upstairs, including a gorgeous master suite with spectacular views, this owner has plenty of room for guests. There is also a massive guest suite in the lower level, complete with its own kitchen, wine storage, large bedroom that sleeps four, and a handicapped accessible bathroom. With a guest suite like this, who would want to leave?

For this project, Heritage was hired at the preconstruction phase which enabled us to make architectural changes to the layout to best meet the clients needs. After working with this client on two of her other residences, we had a good idea of her likes and dislikes, and had a great time collaborating with her to pull this all together.
