Project description:

This stately seaside home was once a more modest cottage. Working off of the plans from the architect, exterior finishes such as siding, roofing and stone were sourced and selected. In addition, alternate window placement was implemented to provide a more pleasing elevation. By hiring Heritage at an early stage, these changes were made appropriately during the construction phase, eliminating the unnecessary expense of hindsight. Interior finishes were selected to work with the home’s spectacular waterfront setting, and a soft palette of creams and various shades of blues and greens were used in furnishings, wall coverings, and accessories to invite the ocean in.
